I apologize that it has taken us so long to send you this email. However, we have been a little busy enjoying camping in our wonderful new Coachman camper that we had bought from you in March. We are so happy with this purchase. Tim and I couldn't brag enough to family and friends about how nice it was working with such a GREAT group of people (exspecially you) we couldn't get over how friendly and willing the staff was to help us out with any questions or concerns that we had. This really does say alot for Lees Auto Ranch and we have HIGHLY recommended you to others. We are happy to say we are very satisfied customers and real " happy campers" now!

"When we purchased our Mobile Suite 5th wheel trailer we had several warranty repairs that needed to be corrected. For over a year we tried to get these repairs corrected at three different Mobile Suite Dealerships and although they worked at it, the repairs were not satisfactory. Out of frustration, we contacted the Doubletree factory and asked them where we could take our trailer to get it repaired. When I met with Brian Coyle from Doubletree, he suggested the two best places would be the factory or Lee's Auto Ranch in Ellington,CT. Since we would be heading to Maine from Florida we chose your dealership.
We want to express our thanks and appreciation for the time and effort your staff did to correct the problems we experienced with our trailer. Although we did not purchase our Mobile Suite from your dealership, your employees bent over backwards to help get our warranty issues corrected. When we first arrived we were treated with courtesy and respect. Your employees too the time to listen to our concerns and explained what could and would be done to correct the problems we were having with our trailer. They then worked with the factory to get the repairs authorized and parts ordered. You staff fixed it right for the first time.
Thank you and please convey our appreciation and deepest gratitude to your entire staff including Bruce and Bob for making our stay and enjoyable experience. We will not hesitate to recommend your dealership to our friends and family."
