Reservations: A downpayment of between $250 - $750 depending on the unit is due upon reservation. _________ Initials
Payments: All charges are to be paid in full 30 days prior to departure including estimated mileage charges and/or any other charges. Security deposit is due on day of departure. Sorry, no personal checks will be accepted. Mastercard, Visa, Discover, American Express, Cash or Certified funds will be accepted. Fees subject to 6% CT Sales tax. _________ Initials
Driving Requirements: All drivers must be 25 years of age, have a valid drivers license and proof of auto insurance. We need copies of all licenses upon departure. _________ Initials
Towing Requirements: The Renter must have the proper vehicle for towing the weight of their rental and it must be equipped with a working brake controller. _________ Initials
Insurance and Security Deposit: Commercial Rental Insurance provides coverage for you and us. You are covered to the state mandated limits for Bodily Injury and Property Damage Liability. Your Motor Home rental vehicle is covered for collision, fire and theft with a $500 deductible that you are responsible for, per occurrence. Trailers & Pop-ups are covered for collision & Comprehensive coverage at $250 deductible only. Liability insurance will be with your own vehicle insurance company.
Security deposits are used to cover your deductible in case of a claim and/or any other charges due to your rental being returned in poor condition, or not meeting our return policies.

Restrictions: Pets, smoking, travel into Mexico, driving on beaches, racing, occupancy by more than the stated number of occupants and vehicles in tow are strictly prohibited. Any of these actions may result in loss of security deposit. Travel into Canada is permitted with prior authorization. _________Initials
Mileage Rates: 100 miles is included with each day of rental. 100 additional miles may be purchased at $0.30 per mile. Miles exceeding a total of 200 per day will be charged at $0.60 per mile. Example: based on a 3 day rental- 1-300 miles are free. 301-600 are at $0.30 per mile. 601 and over are at $0.60 per mile. _________ Initials
Motor Home Fuel Policy: Leave with a full tank of gas. Return with a full tank of gas. _________ Initials
Pickups and Returns: Vehicle pickup is between 1-4PM Mon.-Fri. Pickup on Sat. is by appointment only. Returns Mon.-Sat. are due by 11AM sharp or fees will be applied. You are charged for the number of nights that you have the vehicle just like a hotel. There is no refund if the client terminates the contract before the stated date. Allow at least an hour for pickups and a half hour for returns depending on how many people are ahead of you. There are no pickups or returns on Sundays or holidays. If the customer key drop is used, you remain responsible for the rental unit until check in the next business day. ________Initials

Cancellation Policy:
- 30 days or more prior to pick up ------ 100% Refund of your deposit.
- 29 days or less prior to pick -------- 1/2 your downpayment will be forfeited. ________Initials
Refund of Security Deposit Policy: The following charges will be deducted from your security deposit:
- No Smoking/No Animals or pets ----------------$500 Cleaning fee will apply.
- No fish in refrigerator/freezer ---------------------$500 Cleaning fee will apply.
- Grey/Black tanks must return empty-------------$175 dumping fee will apply.
The above charges, mileage and taxes in excess of that estimated, and the cost of repairs for damages deemed to be the customer's responsibility will be deducted from the security deposit. An additional cleaning fee from the professionals cleaners will be charged for excessive dirtiness.
Your security deposit will be refunded within 30 days of your return date, provided the recreation vehicle is returned in the same condition as when it went out and subject to charges outlined above. If your charges exceed your security deposit, you will be responsible for paying the excess balance owed. Refund or extra charges will be detailed on the adjusted rental agreement that will be mailed to you
Rates are subject to change without notice.
I have read and understand the terms and conditions on this agreement and addendums. I understand that all other materials I am given during the rental are part of this contract. I understand that I am responsible for returning the vehicle in the same condition as it was received at the date and time I pick it up. In the event I violate any of these terms and conditions I understand that my security deposit will be forfeited. I also understand that the information stated on this reservation is correct.
